The project will consist of the construction of a distribution center building to include both the cold storage area and office and dry storage space. The project includes extensive steel structure works,roof and wall sandwich panels, built-up area of 23,000 square meters. The distribution centre will be located in Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi. The Foundation for the project has pile beneath entire structure with Pre-Engineered Steel Structure sheeted with Sandwich Panels wall and roof and reinforced concrete floor with laser screed flooring. Works included substructure, Steel Frame Structure, Electromechanical works inclusive of LV&MV Electrical installations, HVAC & Refrigeration installations, Architectural Finishes and all associated external works.
