The project involved the construction, commissioning and maintenance of electromechanical systems for office building. The Scope of works included providing new offices with mechanical, electrical and plumbing services in a ultra modern contemporary office design. The project covers all aspects of MEP services from initial planning to final completion and coordination with civil contractor. Scope included Chilled Water network, fire detection and fighting systems, Air conditioning & ventilation, water supply & drainage and lighting system.
