Converting an existing retail store to supermarket in a single floor with new layout and associated works – Civil Finishing, Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage Works. Project was completed in a short span with Interior civil finishes - Ceiling, Partitions, Floor and Wall Finishes. Remodeling as per new shop fitting layout was challenging to fix the beneath slab services. First phase of remodel was to demolish existing flooring, walls and ceilings with Disconnecting and removal of all inactive electrical installation related to lighting system and power outlets (Cable trays, conduits, boxes, raceways, supports and hangers, wires, cables, switch boards, panel boards, disconnect switches), HVAC and drainage system. Next phase was relocation and Rerouting and installation of electromechanical systems as per new design.
