The scope included design, engineering and construction of specialized industrial hangers for defence related manufacturing at Tawazun Industrial Park. Starting from design and execution of steel structure with mezzanine floor. Technical solutions were required to address safety, reliability and performance criteria in a challenging environment with critical client needs. The entire steel structure protection done with Intumescent fire proof system .Application of industrial flooring, durable materials with antistatic property suiting client’s requirement was done. Complete electromechanical systems were designed and executed with complete plumbing system, electrical system, HVAC systems and all civil related finishes.
