The Project scope included design and construction of Specialized Industrial Hangers and and light industrial structure for special applications for high end engineering firms include defence related manufacturing, metal, precision manufacturing, aerospace, and oil &gas support and service industry constructed at Phase 5, Tawazun Industrial Park. The project consist of G+M office building plus guardroom, substation, pump room and covered car parking area. The project involves the construction of an industrial hanger facility Four Hangers each with an area of 2,800 square meter, An office in the mezzanine area with 350 square meter, The Buildings in utility area shave a total area of 1,780 square meter, Parking areas with an area of 7,790 square meter. The project was developed in 4 different blocks. Project Consisted of Main Reception, Office Area, Utility Rooms, External Facade, Landscaping, Parking Area and Loading Area. This site was subdivided within smaller teams created by Jazal to ensure each block is delivered on time.
