One of the region’s largest retailer invovled Jazal in their ambitious project to Facelift all their existing outlets with neo contemporary design to improve their customer experience. Capital Projects team assigned by client to lead the transformation, had set short deadlines as targets and quality guidelines above industry standards. Works were assigned round the clock with minimal disruption to customers, in the interest of safety and so as not to interfere with the customer experience. Project is progressing in phases across different geographies across Kingdom. Project scope included complete Interior civil finishes included Ceiling, Partitions, Floor and Wall Finishes, electromechanical works included LV Systems, Low current systems, Power Distribution, HVAC and plumbing system. Architecture and interior design have been an essential element of the new design stores, with emphasis on integrating the existing buildings into best utility by the customers and presenting a clean expression. Collaboration with client, Our Supply chain partners and consultants were extremely rewarding and solution-oriented throughout the project.
