Strip Shopping Mall was designed as an environmentally friendly, contemporary, European-style mall, with an indoor-outdoor boulevard and Arabesque influences. The project consists of G+M steel structure spread across 16,000 square meters for all Civil, Architectural, electromechanical, external works and landscaping. The project scope included all civil finishes and providing 4 Air Cooled Chiller system for HVAC, Transformers, RMUs and LV panels with necessary cabling for all power requirements. For back up power Standby Generators were provided. The mall consists of 1 Anchor Shop, Cinemas and 18 retail outlets with 4 restaurants and cafes in ground floor, Mezzanine floor was designated for offices and utilities. Also the external areas were developed with landscaping, paver and asphalt for car parking.
