Project involved turnkey delivery of shopping mall including redesign of Civil and electromechanical systems of existing commercial center to a shopping mall featuring 1 basement floor for Parking and 2 floors for Retail tenants, supermarket restaurants and entertainment area , located in Hamdaniya area, Jeddah. The project initially was designed as 28 small outlets for a department store company was later redesigned by us to a shopping mall with 800 Car Parking, Common Amenities, Water treatment system, Backup Power Provision, Travelators, Elevators and Service Elevators matching client requirements. Project scope included demolition of all existing retail outlets, structural works, Complete Interior civil finishes included Ceiling, Partitions, Floor and Wall Finishes, Aluminum framing & Glazing and Custom Joinery for offices, electromechanical works included LV Systems, Low current systems, Power Distribution, HVAC and plumbing system. Also the external scope included Curtain Wall Fascade with ACP Cladding and external plot area was developed with landscaping, paver and asphalt for car parking with road markings.
