Project involved Structure of B+G+1 was precast concrete systems handled by local contractor with architectural finishes and electromechanical works handled by Jazal. Project scope included complete Interior civil finishes included Ceiling, Partitions, Floor and Wall Finishes, Aluminum framing & Glazing and Custom Joinery for offices, electromechanical works included LV Systems, Low current systems, Power Distribution, HVAC and plumbing system. Shopping Mall included 1 basement floor for Parking and 2 floors for Retail tenants,2 Anchor stores, restaurants and entertainment area , located in Malaz area, Riyadh. Project also features over 200 car parking area at the roof, over 400 car parking at basement and over 400 car parking area at external area. We have executed all networking systems and low current system with best industry standard. Despite the challenges due to Covid Outbreak, the project was delivered on schedule and to the best satisfaction of the client.
