The project consists a multistory staff accommodation building and Service Facilities spread over 12,500 square meters. Below earth pile foundation and secant shoring was done to hold strong on earth. Staff Accommodation is composed of post tension slabs concrete structure with two basements, Seven floors and a ground floor concrete structure. Fascade comprised of Curtain wall system and External Insulation Finishing system. We had handled finishes for wall, floor & ceiling and landscaping system for the project. HVAC System consists of 2 sets of chillers with AHUs and FCUs along with plumbing system comprising of Water Supply and Drainage services. We handled smoke management system along with fire fighting and detection system. The Mall is provided with best in class security system comprising CCTV, Access control system, Video Intercom system, Central monitoring meter system and all electrical systems comprising Transformers, MDBs, Main cabling works, Generators, Fuel tank, Power transformers Bus bar risers Earthing and Lightning protection of are handled by our own team.
